    Every time I've talked with one of their representatives,they have bent over backwards to accommodate me when I bought the ugg boots!

    Excellent shoe. A true classic which I will enjoy for years to craftsmanship- what I expect from a ugg shoe! Also, still had that excellent customer service!

     Fabulous Boots! I have a very hard time fitting shoes and boots because I am a double wide (WW) width, and so I am so pleased to say that the ugg boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever owned. They don't hurt! Amazing. Thank you!
